  1. The teachings of the Catholic faith are the essence of our life; instilling lifelong ethical values in our students is basic to their overall development and fundamental to sustain our society.
  2. Excellence in education is fulfilled in an atmosphere of love, unity, reconciliation, and inclusive hospitality, where administration, faculty, students and parents have a shared responsibility.
  3. It is essential to individualize education, for every human being is unique, has the capacity to learn, and is called to fulfill a God-given mission to the best of his/her capabilities.
  4. Teachers are not merely transmitters of information but learning facilitators who promote the development of critical thinking and stimulate creativity.
  5. The students’ potential for success can best be developed through an education that stimulates and promotes their perseverance and self-esteem.
  6. The empowerment of women is key to encourage every woman leader to improve the society in which she lives.
  7. As Catholic women, we acknowledge our historical accomplishments, recognize our call to be advocates of social justice and non-violence, and affirm our duty to contribute to the well-being of future generations.
  8. A well-rounded education requires a balance among academics, technology, and extracurricular activities in the teaching-learning process.
  9. Education humanizes, transcends academic frontiers, and helps individuals make responsible choices.
  10. Faith leads to action. Participation in community-service activities creates awareness and sensitivity to the needs of others and helps students develop appreciation of human dignity.
  11. As we nourish our love of God, humankind, freedom, and country, we reach an awareness and acceptance of our multicultural society which helps bring peace and harmony to the world.
  12. All individuals and cultures are worthy of respect and entitled to live in a peaceful, joyful, and clean environment; therefore, we are called to be stewards of God’s creation.
