FAQ’s


For all students:

  • A recent 2”x 2” photograph
  • An official school transcript from 1st grade of elementary school to December of the current grade
  • An official letter from the school where the student is currently enrolled certifying that the student has no outstanding debts with the institution
  • An official, original P-VAC 3 vaccination certificate indicating the student has all the legally required vaccines.

For 7th, 8th and 9th grades:

  • The student must take the Examen Cooperativo, which is offered the first Saturday of November at different Catholic schools.
  • On the tests application form, the student must indicate that results be sent to AMR. Results are then sent directly to AMR, together with the addresses of students requesting admission.
  • Once results are received at AMR, applicants are sent a letter indicating the date in which all documents must be brought to the school. The application form and an invitation to the Open House held in December is also included.

For 10th, 11th or 12th grades:

  • The family should complete an application form and submit all required documents.
  • They should also include a copy of the student’s most recent standardized test results, which is available in the school where the student is currently enrolled.

For 7th, 8th and 9th grades:

  • Academic transcript
  • Results of Examen Cooperativo

For 10th, 11th or 12th grades:

  • Academic transcript
  • Copy of recent standardized test results
  • Registration -$1,400
  • PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) Fee – $150
  • Placement Test Fee – $50
  • Online books – The cost and the amount of books vary by grade.
  • Tuition – $8,950. There are no monthly payments; the year is paid in advance on or before June 24th.
  • Building Fund – $2,100 per family. If paid on enrollment day, a 15% deduction applies; cost would then be $1,785.

For 7th, 8th and 9th grades: $700 per year for three consecutive years.

For 8th grade: $1,050 per year for two consecutive years.

For 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th: $2,100 in any one year, to be paid on or before June 24th.

When visiting to submit all documents required for admission, the family should:

  • Bring a letter with the name of the student, the grade to which she seeks admission, and a statement of the family’s financial need. (Admission, financial aid, and different forms of payment are considered together.)
  • To be considered for financial aid, the student must already have been registered in the school.
  • Financial aid is only granted for tuition and Building Fund
  • Once the student is enrolled, she is required to deliver a series of documents that are evaluated by a committee. After this, she is given an appointment for an interview. The committee awards financial aid based on need.

Facilities can be seen on the day scheduled for the annual Open House, usually in the month of December. Otherwise, a visit can be programmed when school is in session.

  • We call to schedule the student’s visit so she can spend a morning at our school (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.). She must wear the uniform of the school in which she is enrolled.
  • During the visit, one of our students will accompany each guest.
